This recipe is a variation created by my loving wife who I have begun to refer to as the Geometric Gourmet. (She's a Math Instructor by day)

Why is this recipe one of our Budget-Friendly favorites?

It doesn't cost a lot for the ingredients, you'll have extra of everything except the chicken. The recipe is not incredibly involved so we can still enjoy our evening with our little one.
