Italian Chicken and Vegetables
Ingredients
Ingredient Checklist- 1 to 1.5 pounds chicken Breast Tenders
- 1/4 of a small bag of Baby Carrots
- 7 Baby Red Potatoes
- Italian Dressing Bottle
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour (350 degrees) and Baking Sheet
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line your baking sheet with aluminum foil (optional but encouraged) Place Chicken tenders down the center of the cookie sheet (horizontally). Cut the potatoes in half and then quarter those halves and place them on one side of the chicken. Next, single-layer the baby carrots on the empty side of the baking sheet. Cover the food in the Italian dressing (generously). Place in Pre-heated over for One hour.
Yield: 2 adult meals and 2 helpings for a growing toddler.

Why is this recipe one of our Budget-Friendly favorites?
It doesn't cost a lot for the ingredients, you'll have extra of everything except the chicken. The recipe is not incredibly involved so we can still enjoy our evening with our little one.
